How to Make Garlic Butter Sauce
To start making your garlic sauce peel and half your garlic and cook them in olive oil.
Once cooked strain the garlic from the olive oil but keep the olive oil for later use in other dishes (trust me garlic-infused olive oil is delicious!).
Blend the garlic in a food processor with the butter and granulated garlic as well as pepper and salt.
Blend until well combined and there you have a smooth texture. Serve with your desired meal.
After you’ve made the basic sauce you can really make it your own and adapt it to the dish you are cooking by adding in lots of other flavors.
