- 1 cup Flour All purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons paprika add in chilli flakes if you want a spice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Parmesan Panko Coating
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon paprika mixed with Aleppo pepper or chili flakes
