LONG PIN FOR MOCKTAIL RECIPES

If you’re looking for fun, appealing, alcohol-free drinks to enjoy during the holidays these delicious Mocktail recipes will be right up your alley. Made using refreshing Ultima Replenisher Mocktini stickpacks  and a few home ingredients, you can enjoy the holidays with refreshments that are guilt-free, eye-catching, and super delicious.

Today’s recipes are in partnership with my favorite replenisher brand- Ultima Replenisher. Makers of sugar- free, electrolyte- loaded replenishers that taste absolutely delicious!

These three NEW Mocktini flavors of Ultima Replenisher are so good just mixed with water, or made into a fancy mocktail! This year, for the Holidays, I am making mocktails using them so that everyone can enjoy and drink as much as they want! Plus you can always add in alcohol if you want that extra kick!

Since each flavor is so unique, it was worth making three different drinks highlighting each flavor. All you need is to add a bit of zest and soda water, garnishes and you’re ready to go!

What is a Mocktail?

Before we start making our own mocktail recipes, let’s go over exactly what they are.

They’re a play on the word cocktail, and mocktails are the non-alcoholic versions. They are made using a range of fruit juices and other soft drinks to create appealing and delicious drinks that are made specifically without alcohol.

They can also contain fruit and other herbs such as mint for extra flavor and garnishing. Mocktails are often made to look appealing and fun and are frequently used in place of alcoholic cocktails to celebrate with.

How to make easy Mocktail Recipes

While they might look complicated to make, they really don’t have to be. If you use the right ingredients you can whip up a mouthwatering, impressive mocktail in no time. Today I have three mocktail recipes that will surely become favorites for you to try this holiday season and beyond!

I am using Ultima Replenisher Mocktini-flavored stickpacks which are full of electrolytes. These mocktails are both super enjoyable while also being a refreshing drink with energy-boosting qualities. Not to mention hydrating! Because let’s face it, we all tend to be dehydrated around the winter and holiday season, but we rarely have time to notice that!

Now onto the recipes!

Best Mocktail Recipes

To make these drinks as versatile as possible, I’m making a mix of cold and warm. You can totally make them all cold and refreshing, even frozen. Back in the summer I shared a peach bellini slushie recipe on Instagram and it was phenomenal!

Pineapple Mojito – Mocktail Recipe

pineapple mojitos in cups with mint and fresh pineapple garnishes

This mocktail is a twist on the traditional mint mojito cocktail but with pineapple and without alcohol. It’s the perfect choice when you want something exotic and refreshing. The pineapple brings the perfect tropical twist, that pairs nicely with the fresh taste of mint.

ingredients to make the pineapple mojito including pineapple replenishers, lime juice, mint, fresh pineapple and soda water

To make it, you will need two stickpacks of Ultima Replenisher Coconut Piña Colada,  water, lime juice, fresh mint, and club soda water along with pineapple slices, fresh mint, and ice.

Start by placing your mint leaves in a pestle and mortar and crush them until they have broken up and then add them to your cocktail shaker. In the cocktail shaker, add two stickpacks of Ultima Replenisher Coconut Piña Colada along with the water and lime juice and shake vigorously.

Stir in your soda water and the whole drink into a glass with ice.

Take your pineapple slice and divide it into quarters; use a knife to slice through the point of the pineapple slice and slide it onto the rim of your mocktail glass.

Warm Appletini – Mocktail Recipe

This is a perfect holiday mocktail recipe that is sure to keep you cozy on those cold winter nights. A take on the traditional appletini, this warm appletini mocktail is made with warming spices that will keep you in the holiday spirit.

Peach Bellini – Mocktail Recipe

This peach bellini mocktail is a lovely, light and refreshing drink you can enjoy at any occasion. Perfect for the holidays but also great in hot weather as a tasty, thirst quenching drink. You certainly won’t miss the alcohol in this peach bellini mocktail.

Making your own Mocktail Recipes

What’s great about making your own mocktails is that you can get seriously creative. If some of the flavors here don’t tickle your fancy, then you can use Ultima Replenisher with lots of other flavors for amazing and delightful mocktails.

And remember, you can keep alcohol on the side for those who want to transform these into cocktails!

What to use in your own mocktails

Some other juices and drinks that are traditionally used in cocktails and mocktails, that will also pair nicely with Ultima Replenisher include grapefruit juice, ginger ale, sparkling water, ginger beer, and most other fruit juices. There are plenty more drinks you can experiment with too.

When making your own mocktails it’s also important to remember the details. It’s the details that give a mocktail its subtle flavors that make them so interesting and fun to drink.

Lemon juice and/or lemon slices or lime is also a great addition to your mocktail if you want to add a twist to your drink.

The best thing about using Ultima Replenisher is that you don’t need to sweeten your drinks, as they’re perfectly sweetened with Stevia! So guess what? All these fun festive delicious drinks are sugar free!

Use traditional cocktails for inspiration

If you have a favorite alcoholic drink you like to make into a mocktail then it’s easy to get creative making these. You can also use these Ultima Replenisher Mocktini stickpacks to help you create those flavors.

Some of the most popular cocktails to try to make into mocktails include the Bloody Mary, Tequila Sunrise, Cosmopolitan, and Martinis. All of these can be made into non-alcoholic mocktails with a bit of experimentation.

ENJOY!!

I love this so much!! I’m currently breastfeeding, so I am limiting my alcohol consumption over the holidays. This looks like I won’t even be missing out 😉

I started including electrolytes in my drinks this year and wow, what a difference they can make! As someone who barely drinks any more, these are such a great idea for making mocktails. I’ve got my eye on that pineapple mojito!

This is a fantastic idea. We’re already planning for New Years Eve and having these mocktails made up ahead of time will be a real time saver. Plus the plan of just having the booze on the side rather already mixed in the drinks is great. I already have my name on the peach bellini.

I love the sound of all three of these mocktails although I’d love to try the peach bellini first. Will look out for the Ultima replenishers. Great idea to use them in holiday drinks!
