Ingredients for Grilled Chicken wings
- Chicken Wings. Cleaned and trimmed and patted dry.
Spice Blend. This is the initial flavor that you’ll add to the chicken wings before grilling, so it’s like a base flavor only. The final flavor is added on after they’re fully cooked.
We have Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, oregano and olive oil, butter.
How to Grill Chicken Wings
Firstly make sure your chicken wings are as dry as possible. You can get rid of any moisture by patting them dry with a paper towel.
- Then it’s time to add the seasonings to give your chicken wings some great flavor. Use a bowl and add al ingredients together.
- Finally, add a good helping of oil over all your chicken wings and toss everything together so they’re evenly coated.
- It’s important to add oil to your wings so that you can get crispy crust. Without oil or another saturated fat, your wings won’t crisp up nicely.
- Now you’ve seasoned your wings it’s time to get them on the grill.
- Have your grill heated up to a hot heat of about 425 degrees F before starting to cook your chicken wings.
- When you are sure your grill is ready, place your chicken wings evenly on the grill grates and leave to grill.
- To prevent any burning and to keep them nice and crispy as well as evenly cooked, keep flipping the chicken wings every 3-4 minutes or so.
- Now prepare your sauces. Hot Sauce recipe is at Air Fryer Chicken Wings post. The sauce will add the final flavor to the meat.
