Start by peeling you sweet potatoes on a cutting surface.
No cut each one into half
Cut each half into slices wide.
Now take each of the slices and cut them into strips to look like fries. Cut them to the size and shape you like.
Mix the dry seasoning in a bowl.
Toss the sweet potato fries with the dry seasoning and olive oil.
Add the sweet potatoes to the basket of your air fryer and air fry at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Remove the basket, shake it well or flip the fries if needed and air fry for 6-8 minutes more. This will depend on the size of your fries.

The cooked and cooled leftover fries can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat the fries, pop them back in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes. You may freeze the cooled fries as well in a single layer in a baking sheet. Place them in a ziploc bag when frozen and freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat the same way in the air fryer adding 3 extra minutes.
