- Our Garlic Parmesan Sauce makes the PERFECT spread here! It’s such a secret little sauce that elevates any dish.
- Cheese slices. We love marbled cheddar, but Havarti or Gouda make great choices too. Use your favorite stretchy cheese 🙂
- Cranberry Sauce. The sweetness of cranberries with the turkey is a classic favorite!
- Italian Seasoning. Use a homemade blend or store-bought, it’s an extra flavor to your leftover turkey meat!
- Gravy. All turkey recipes Spatchcock Turkey, Turkey Tenderloin Recipe, Turkey Breast Recipe On the Stove or Dry Brine Turkey Breast include gravy. So might as well use that too! Gravy adds a juicy moist feel to the turkey sliders, and of course it’s a FLAVOR bomb too!
- Spinach. Optional f course, but it’s a great way to sneak in spinach into your meals.
- Hawaiian rolls. You can use brioche rolls or any type of slider bread.

H0w to Make Turkey Sliders
Prepare the Sliders Bread
- You’ll start by assembling the ingredients, preparing the Garlic Parmesan Sauce if you don’t already have it in the fridge. And then you’ll preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use a serrated knife to slice the slider bread rolls into half, cross sectionally.
- The sliders should not be separated, but the entire tops half and bottom half only.
- Generously spread the Garlic Parmesan Sauce at the top and bottom half of the breads. Place the bottom part in a 9 inch by 13 inch baking pan. We prefer to line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Layer the Turkey sliders Filling
- Now add in a layer of cheese right over the bottom half that’s spread with sauce.
- The turkey meat from any of the Turkey Recipes goes on top. Or use deli turkey.
- Since this is leftover turkey meat, we love to kick it up with flavor as MUCH as we can! And why NOT? We dollop some cranberry sauce, some gravy and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Like it takes these turkey sliders recipe to a whole NEW level of delicious!
- We love adding a layer of spinach leaves right over the turkey and fixings. This is optional but it’s refreshing and brightens the sliders.
- A final layer of cheese completes the layering of our turkey sliders recipe. Now you’re ready to put the top half of the bread over that and press it down well so the filling can stick together.
- Right before finalizing the turkey sliders recipe, we love to flavor the bread tops for a little something extra. In a bowl, mis the melted butter, garlic powder, salt and dried oregano to make a garlic herb butter.
Bake the Turkey Sliders
- Brush the tops of the bread generously with this melted butter mixture. It adds SO MUCH flavor to the sliders so don’t skimp!
- Now cover the pan with aluminum foil tightly before it hits the oven. The foil will allow the turkey sliders to warm up and the cheese to melt without drying the bread.
- Bake the turkey sliders for 15-20 minutes and then uncover the pan. It should like this coming out of the oven. Slightly golden tops, delicately crisp and warm melty filling.
- The turkey sliders are now ready to ENJOY💛 You can dip them in extra Garlic Parmesan Sauce or enjoy as is by pulling apart one slider at a time.
