Peach Burrata Salad is a sweet, creamy and bright summer salad that pairs so well with all your grills! It makes the best appetizer or side dish to any meal and it's bursting with flavors of peach, basil, balsamic and burrata cheese!
Slice up all the salad ingredients on a cutting board. You may dice them, but slicing has a better texture with the burrata cheese.

Start by arranging the salad. On a plate add your greens and basil leaves.

Then add in all the sliced salad ingredients like peach, avocados and onions.
Tear up the burrata cheese with your hands or use a knife to break it up, and place it over the salad ingredients.

Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad.

Garnish with chilli flakes and extra basil if you like.

Serve right away and Enjoy!

Not at all! Peaches have a great texture when kept with their skin on and especially when ripe and in season. Just give them a good rinse and slice.
Fresh, ripe peaches offer the best flavor and texture. However, if they’re out of season, You can probably opt for canned and frozen. While we don’t recommend that, it may offer a great substitute. The best thing about this salad is that you can use any seasonal fruit. Try plums, strawberries, cherries, apples, pears and any fresh fruit rather than substituting.
A drizzle of balsamic glaze, extra virgin olive oil, or a light honey-lemon vinaigrette balances the sweetness of the fruit and the richness of the cheese.
