Tuna Wrap Recipe Tips

  1. Use fresh or canned tuna for this recipe, both work just as well.
  2. If using fresh, make sure you buy quality Ahi Tuna and cook it the same way you would with Tuna Steak Recipe.
  3. Avoid overcooking the fish as it dries out and becomes tasteless.
  4. Use your favorite sauces for this recipe, a simple Garlic Sauce or Dill Sauce.
  5. Likewise add your favorite veggies to the wrap.
  6. For the lettuce wrap, use a large cup lettuce leaf like the Boston Lettuce or even iceberg lettuce.

Leftovers, Make Ahead and Freezing:

The tuna wrap is the perfect next day lunch, snack box and even dinner! It lasts so well in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can likewise make ahead by preparing the sauce, veggies and tuna. Keep that in the fridge and assemble the wrap when you're ready to serve. We don't recommend freezing this recipe as it looses texture and freshness.

What to serve with Tuna wraps?
