Burrata Caprese is the best of both worlds: Best of Caprese Salad and Best of Burrata Recipe! Bright yet luscious, fresh and rich, this Burrata recipe will be a salad you make on and on! And if you're a Caprese lover like us, this is the tastiest Caprese recipe you'll ever make!
Prepare the ingredients and bring a large salad plate. Flat plates are much better than a deep salad bowl for this recipe
Start by arranging the tomatoes and basil as the base of the Caprese.
Add in the croutons and toss them well. And then top with the burrata.
Season the entire salad with the simple seasoning and drizzle generously the olive oil and balsamic syrup.
You really don't need to toss this salad, rather cut through the burrata and begin serving.
Serve a chunk of burrata cheese with the remaining ingredients. ENJOY
It's best served at room temperature so you can fully enjoy the taste and textures of this gorgeous cheese. I love to keep it at room temperature 30 mins before serving. My other favorite way is to serve it over a hot dish like Burrata Pasta and watch as the cheese gently starts to soften up into the hot pasta. SO GOOD!
