Ingredients for sweet potato salad dressing in a wooden board including a bowl of cranberry sauce, a bowl of mustard, some vinegar in a bowl, some balsamic vinegar in a bowl, some olive oil, and dried cranberries in a bowl
  4. To make the dressing, you'll add all ingredients above into a bowl and whisk together until you have a smooth dressing.

  5. Assemble the Salad
  6. To make the salad, you'll start by spreading the greens at the bottom of your salad plate. We prefer the peppery arugula as it contrasts the sweetness of sweet potatoes so well.

  7. The cooked rice is then layered over the arugula on the plate.
