  • 4 pitted Mejdool dates
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or your preference)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 pinch pumpkin spice (optional)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (optional)
