FAQ:

What's the difference between Greek Salad dressing and Italian salad dressing?

The two dressings have similar but different flavors. Greek dressing is heavy on oregano and has feta cheese actually in the sauce.

What does Greek salad dressing taste like?

It is a tangy vinaigrette with garlic and oregano flavors balanced out with honey for sweetness.

What can I use instead of vinegar in Greek salad dressing?

There really is no substitute for the vinegar. You can play around with different vinegars if you like, but to make a Greek salad dressing, you have to have vinegar and olive oil.
