Gather your ingredients for the sauce.
In a small pot over medium heat add the garlic cloves and olive oil and cook for a 10-12 minutes until the garlic starts to look slightly golden.
Strain the garlic and keep the garlic olive oil in a separate container.
In a food processor, add the butter, the cooked garlic, seasoning and puree.
It's smooth and ready at that point to melt over your cooked food.

If you want to make this garlic butter sauce even more creamy then you can add cream to it. To do this effectively just add the cream to the sauce and simmer it all for a few minutes string to make sure its all well combined.
You can also adapt this garlic butter sauce so you have a moreish garlic dipping sauce that you can dip just about anything in for a garlicky kick. All you need to do is melt the butter and you have your dipping sauce.
