Fruity Goat Cheese Garlic Bread Shot With My New Phone

There's never enough garlic bread in life. Like never. Today's Fruity Goat Cheese Garlic Bread recipe is luscious, sweet and mouthwatering.   • 1 loaf of Italian soft bread sliced into half inch slices
  • 1 cup of goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 large peach thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

    In a small bowl mix the goat cheese, thyme and garlic. Season with a pinch of salt. 

    Take your loaf and slice it into half an inch slices. Start layering the bread by taking one slice of bread, spread a teaspoon of the goat cheese mix, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese over the slice, and then add some peach slices. Add another slice of bread over the peaches, repeat with the goat cheese, mozzarella and now add strawberries. top that with another slice of bread and repeat, alternating peaches and strawberries.

    Press the loaf together to form its' original shape as best as you can and wrap it in parchment paper. Place the wrapped bread over a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes. 

    Remove the bread from the oven and unwrap the paper. Pull apart a slice of garlic bread at a time and enjoy :)
