Ingredients

  • Watermelon Strawberry Ginger Drink:
  • 1 small cold watermelon , peeled, deseeded and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 cups of hulled cold strawberries
  • 1 cup of cold ginger-ale (or Lemon fizzy drink)
  • squeeze of lime (1 tablespoon)
  • Lime Mint Ginger Fizzy Drink:
  • 3 cold limes juiced ( about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 lime slices
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves , washed and stemmed
  • 3 cups of cold ginger ale (or Lemon fizzy drink)
  • For serving:
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lime slices

Instructions

  1. For the watermelon strawberry ginger drink: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. For the Lime Mint Ginger Fizzy Drink: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Serve.
