BREAKFAST BAGEL TIPS

  • I just narrowed the bagel fillings down to my favorites. Feel free to add plenty of your favorites too and make this bagel unique every time.
  • Obviously, the fillings work on any regular sandwich, especially when choosing dark rye or pumpernickel.
  • Turn this into a Platter as a fun way to brunch like I did here : Smoked Salmon Platter
  • Use your favorite herbed cream cheese or even plain.
  • Don’t skip the Dill Sauce — you won’t believe the value it adds! Also make plenty of it and use it endlessly.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Make ahead of time for up to 1 day and keep it in the fridge. Bring it to room temperature before serving.
