Here’s an appetizer you’ll be making more often than you think—the Orcadomintscuit! So what exactly is it? It’s a combo of orange, avocado and mint on your favorite TRISCUIT crackers! Drizzle that with a spicy jalapeno, lime, cilantro and sweet honey sauce and you’ve got yourself an absolute treat!

Ingredients

  • 12 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 1/4 avocado , cut lengthwise into 6 slices, then cut crosswise in half
  • 1 navel orange , sectioned
  • 12 fresh mint sprigs

Spicy Cilantro Lime Honey Sauce

  • 1 tbsp minced jalapeno
  • 2 tbsp minced cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Top crackers with avocados.
  2. Add oranges.
  3. Top with mint.

For the dressing:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a mini food processor until smooth or finely mine and mash the dressing in a bowl.

Prepare using regular TRISCUIT Crackers

Prepare using tangerine sections.

Special Extra:

If your fresh mint is flowering, sprinkle topped crackers with some mint flowers in addition to the mint sprigs.
