Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh kale leaves , stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 a red onion , sliced
  • 1/2 a cucumber , sliced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 gala apple ( or your favorite) , cored, cut in half and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup of feta cheese , cubed or crumbled (your favorite)
  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh Oregano leaves , roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup of honey Greek salad dressing.
